Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Install Technician to join our team! In this role, you will install heating and air conditioning systems in residences or commercial establishments.


You have minimum trade school/college formal HVAC training course completion & EPA certification. A team player who is comfortable working independently, you love the feeling of a job well done and take pride in completing customer jobs with efficiency. A positive attitude is a must! 


Responsibilities: 

• Install forced air & ductless heating, ventilating, and air conditioning HVAC systems 
• Establish customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction
• Install and/or replace systems from start to finish, ranging from forced air gas/propane and central air to ducted and ductless heat pumps
• Create invoices using our CRM, including providing service pricing from our digital price books and written notes for customers when necessary

Qualifications: 

• Trade school HVAC focused course completion
• Valid Drivers License
• EPA Certification
• Firm understanding of the trade and good practices
• Personal hand tools
• Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift 50 pounds
