HVAC Install Manager

Call Dad is growing and looking for an experienced HVAC Install Manager to lead our installation team.

As our HVAC Install Manager, you'll be responsible for setting the standard for our installation department. You'll lead a team of installers by driving performance, reinforcing installation quality, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring every job is completed the right way—not just the fast way.

What You'll Do

• Lead weekly install team meetings to drive accountability, communication, and performance.
• Coach and develop installers through regular jobsite visits, ride-alongs, and quality inspections.
• Review completed installs, permits, photos, and paperwork to maintain consistency and identify coaching opportunities.
• Lead weekly technical and installation training to continually improve team performance.
• Champion a strong safety culture by completing and reinforcing monthly safety training.
• Partner with the Install Coordinator to ensure jobs are scheduled and set up for success.
• Ensure company vehicles, uniforms, and jobsites reflect Call Dad's standards of professionalism.
• Hold regular one-on-ones and use the PDP process to coach, develop, and grow your team.
• Respond promptly to calls, texts, and messages to keep the team moving and customers informed.

What We're Looking For

• Previous HVAC installation leadership or management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC installation practices.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• A customer-first mindset and a passion for building high-performing teams.
