You’ll receive paid, on-the-job training, work with professional tools and equipment, and build practical experience on real residential installations.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist Lead HVAC Installers with residential replacement and installation projects.

  • Help remove old equipment and prepare jobsites for new systems.

  • Stage, load, unload, and organize equipment, materials, tools, and supplies.

  • Assist with installing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, air handlers, mini-splits, thermostats, and indoor air quality equipment.

  • Support ductwork modifications, refrigerant piping, drainage, venting, gas piping, wiring, and other system connections under supervision.

  • Learn proper equipment startup, testing, charging, airflow verification, and commissioning procedures.

  • Follow installation plans, manufacturer instructions, safety requirements, and company standards.

  • Protect customers’ homes and maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites.

  • Complete assigned job documentation and required photos using company software.

  • Maintain tools, equipment, materials, and vehicle inventory.

  • Communicate professionally with customers, Lead Installers, and office team members.

  • Participate in required technical, safety, product, and customer service training.

What We’re Looking For

  • A strong interest in building a long-term HVAC career.

  • Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools.

  • Dependable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.

  • Willingness to learn, accept coaching, and follow instructions.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of an installation team.

  • Professional attitude and respect for customers and their homes.

  • HVAC, construction, maintenance, electrical, or mechanical experience is a plus but not required.

  • Trade school or HVAC coursework is a plus.

  • EPA certification is preferred but not required at the time of hire.

  • Comfortable learning tablets, mobile applications, and field service software.

  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

  • Ability to lift equipment and work in attics, basements, crawl spaces, mechanical rooms, and outdoor conditions.

$18 - $22 an hour
