Starting a career in HVAC takes more than getting hired as a helper. You need hands-on training, experienced people willing to teach you, steady opportunities to practice your skills, and a company that gives you a clear path forward.
At Guy Smith Home Services, our HVAC Install Apprentices work alongside skilled Lead Installers while learning how residential heating and cooling systems are installed safely and correctly. You’ll receive paid, on-the-job training, work with professional tools and equipment, and build practical experience on real residential installations.
This is an opportunity to learn a valuable trade with a company that wants to see you advance. As your skills, knowledge, and independence grow, you’ll have opportunities to take on more responsibility and progress toward becoming an HVAC Installer and, eventually, a Lead Installer.
If you’re mechanically inclined, dependable, and ready to learn from experienced professionals, Guy Smith Home Services can help you turn your work ethic into a rewarding skilled-trade career.
