You will provide information about our light commercial HVAC products, assist with pricing, and offer technical support. You'll prepare and follow up on quotes and bids, and work closely with our outside sales team, vendors, and internal departments to ensure our customers are satisfied. You will keep track of project timelines and order statuses while maintaining accurate records in our CRM and ERP systems.
