Work Schedule: Work hours will vary based on the scheduling needs of the customer, presentation times, and seasonality. Sales consultant may regulate their work hours accordingly. Must be available for evening and weekend appointments.
Job Overview:
Meeting with customers in their homes to discuss their heating and cooling needs and present solutions to make their personal space more comfortable
Professionally advise homeowners in determining the correct heating and cooling systems that offer the best solution to fit their needs
Educating customers on HVAC replacement equipment and indoor air quality products
Clear and concise communication with the company's customers and employees
Follow up with customers throughout the sales and installation process
Hands-on training on sales processes and equipment
Build long-term successful client relationships
Lennox dealer training, and virtual training provided
The ideal candidate will have prior outside sales or in-home sales experience. Industry experience is not required, but HVAC or a similar industry is preferred.

Qualifications:
2 + years of consultative sale experience
Comfortable working directly with consumers in their home
Advanced customer service and follow-up skills
Strong computer skills
Strong communication & organization skills
Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds, climbing both A-frame and extension ladders, and working in tight spaces (attics)
High school diploma or equivalent
In-home sales experience - Desired
Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, construction, or similar industry - Desired
