- $60,000-$85,000+ total earning potential.

7 Diamond Builders is seeking a skilled, versatile Residential Maintenance Technician to lead our new Signature Shield preventative maintenance program.
You'll serve as a trusted "House Doctor," inspecting residential systems, performing routine maintenance, identifying potential problems, and helping homeowners protect their properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled residential maintenance visits and whole-home inspections.
- Inspect HVAC systems, roofing, gutters, plumbing, electrical components, and water heaters.
- Perform basic preventative maintenance within your qualifications.
- Identify potential issues and recommend appropriate repairs or improvements.
- Document findings using digital checklists, photographs, and inspection reports.
- Explain findings and recommendations clearly to homeowners.
- Introduce customers to Signature Shield memberships and generate qualified project referrals.
- Coordinate with internal teams and maintain accurate service records.
- Travel throughout the greater Tampa Bay area for scheduled appointments.
Qualifications
- Experience in HVAC maintenance, home inspections, property maintenance, or related trades preferred.
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and general home maintenance.
- Strong handyman skills and willingness to work across multiple trades.
- Ability to identify maintenance concerns and recommend practical solutions.
- Comfortable using tablets, digital checklists, and inspection software.
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, climb ladders safely, and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
Pay and Benefits
- $24-$32 hourly pay, depending on experience.
- $60,000-$85,000+ annual earning potential, including incentives.
- $50 bonus for each qualifying Signature Shield membership enrollment.
- Additional project referral commissions or bonuses for qualifying booked projects.
- Consistent daytime scheduling without routine emergency service calls.
