Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled HVAC Helpers for projects located in or around Hopewell, PA. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $24/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a HVAC Helper looking to learn and grow in your trade alongside accomplished Craft Professionals, this is your chance to further your career!
Job Scope:
- Learn and assist with the installation of ductwork systems
- Assist with the installation of heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment
- Support the installation of furnaces, heat pumps, and related HVAC components
- Handle and organize materials, tools, and equipment on the jobsite
- Follow project specifications and safety requirements
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned by the lead technician or supervisor
Requirements:
- Previous construction or HVAC experience preferred
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn the HVAC trade
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools
- Ability to work from ladders and in various jobsite conditions
- Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work as part of a team
- Reliable transportation preferred
