HVAC General Manager to lead our residential HVAC operations in Medford, MA!

What You'll Be Doing- Lead and oversee daily residential HVAC service and installation operations.
- Manage, mentor, and develop technicians, supervisors, and operational staff.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and overall business performance.
- Monitor budgets, financial performance, KPIs, and operational efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales, improve processes, and grow the business.
- Build a positive, accountable, high-performing team.
- Oversee scheduling, productivity, customer satisfaction, and service quality.
- Partner with company leadership to develop and execute growth strategies.
- Recruit, train, and retain top HVAC talent.
- Take ownership of results and continuously look for ways to improve operations.
Requirements
What We're Looking For- 10+ years of residential HVAC industry experience preferred.
- 5+ years of leadership or management experience in HVAC operations required.
- Strong understanding of residential HVAC service, installation, and field operations.
- Proven ability to lead technicians and manage operational teams.
- Experience managing budgets, revenue, profitability, and performance metrics.
- Strong business acumen with a track record of improving operations and driving growth.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- A hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and develop employees.
- Plumbing industry experience is a plus.
- ServiceTitan experience is a plus.
- Valid driver's license.
