HVAC General Manager

Job Title: HVAC General Manager (Founding Team) Location: Austin, TX Pay: $90,000 to $120,000 per year + commissions/profit sharingSchedule: Full Time, On Call required, when necessary, during start-up phaseAbout Us: We are a brand new HVAC service provider in West Austin backed by strong business expertise. We are building a fun, positive environment where our team can have a massive impact on the local community. The Role:We are seeking a General Manager to spearhead our operational launch. If you are currently stuck in a business with no room for advancement, this is your chance to build a team. You will start in the field and transition to full time management as we add vans to the fleet. Responsibilities: Complete residential HVAC diagnostics, repairs, and installations. Build and implement standard operating procedures. Train and mentor junior technicians as the company grows. Requirements:Must hold a Class A or Class B License. Must be highly comfortable using CRM software and modern technology. Valid Driver's License and ability to pass a background check. Benefits:$90,000 to $120,000 base pay.
