We are seeking experienced HVAC Foremen and Superintendents for multiple roles within our dynamic and fast-paced construction company. These key positions will be responsible for overseeing every aspect of HVAC installations on multifamily and residential new construction projects. The chosen candidates will be responsible for ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. These roles require a strong commitment to safety, excellent communication skills, and a high level of attention to detail.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Oversee, direct, and manage HVAC installation projects from conception to completion.
• Ensure quality control for all HVAC installations, ensuring adherence to all building codes and safety regulations.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve HVAC-related issues on-site.
• Provide team leadership, including managing subcontractors and suppliers, as well as allocating resources effectively to ensure project success.
• Monitor performance of team members and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
• Control project costs, including estimating, budgeting, and managing expenses.
• Collaborate with architects and engineers on construction design to ensure HVAC systems are integrated effectively.
• Conduct regular site inspections and coordinate with other construction project managers to ensure overall project success.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, specifications, and reports.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in the HVAC or construction industry, preferably as a foreman or superintendent.
• Construction or engineering degree or equivalent experience is a must.
• Proven experience in managing multifamily and residential new construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction design, estimating, and cost control principles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage subcontractors and suppliers, and allocate resources effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in safety protocols and quality control procedures.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in relevant software, including MS Project, AutoCAD, and other construction management tools.
