Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 7:30 AM-4:00 PM

Base Pay: $26.00-$28.00 per hour plus trainer bonuses and performance incentives

Expected Annual Earnings: $60,000-$110,000+

Limited after-hours support as needed

Your Role

Your focus will be helping technicians become stronger and more confident HVAC professionals while supporting consistent service standards across the department.

You''ll:

  • Coach technicians during field ride-alongs and customer appointments

  • Evaluate diagnostic skills, technical knowledge, and service performance

  • Help technicians strengthen HVAC troubleshooting techniques

  • Provide practical guidance when technicians encounter challenging service calls

  • Train team members on proper service procedures and technical standards

  • Develop technicians'' customer communication and professionalism

  • Review completed calls and provide actionable coaching

  • Assist with technical meetings and structured training sessions

  • Track employee development and identify areas requiring additional training

  • Partner with service leadership to improve technician performance and consistency

  • Serve as an experienced technical resource for the service team

What We''re Looking For

  • Extensive residential or light commercial HVAC service experience

  • Advanced HVAC diagnostic and troubleshooting knowledge

  • EPA 608 Type II or Universal Certification required

  • Strong ability to explain technical concepts to developing technicians

  • Leadership skills and a genuine interest in coaching others

  • Professional communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Strong organization and documentation skills

  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and hold team members accountable

  • Commitment to continued technical and leadership development

  • Ability to complete required Indoor Air Quality and SBE training

Experience as a Lead HVAC Technician, Field Supervisor, Technical Trainer, Service Mentor, or similar leadership position is preferred but not required for a highly experienced technician with the right leadership abilities.

Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software is also beneficial.
