What challenges will you tackle?
- Clean, tune, and repair HVAC systems—air handlers, ductwork, vents, and condensate lines.
- Diagnose and service primarily residential HVAC equipment; handle urgent calls and routine maintenance with equal care.
- Explain findings and recommend right-sized solutions that fit customer needs and safety standards.
- Perform inspections, adjustments, minor upgrades, and meticulous documentation.
- Keep your vehicle and workspace safe, clean, and organized.
- Take on additional duties as assigned.
Are you the technician we’re looking for?
- 3–5+ years of HVAC service experience (residential emphasis preferred).
- EPA Certification required.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean MVR.
- Expert-level troubleshooting with sound judgment under pressure.
- Pride in quality workmanship and a positive, team-first attitude.
- Customer service mindset; professional communication with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- Adaptable and innovative—thrives in dynamic field conditions.
Physical realities of the job
- Regularly lift 50 lbs; occasionally up to 100 lbs.
- Climb ladders; enter attics/crawlspaces; maneuver in confined areas; perform fine motor tasks with hand tools.
- Drive between work sites.
- Work indoors/outdoors, including extreme temperatures and inclement weather.
- Stand, walk, sit; speak and hear in person and by phone; reach and handle tools/controls.
- Frequent stooping, kneeling, bending, and crouching.
