HVAC Estimator - Commercial Construction

We are seeking a driven and experienced Commercial HVAC Sales / Estimator to help expand our relationships with General Contractors and support our continued growth in the Puget Sound region.Benefits: Health, dental and vision insuranceFully funded HSA employer contribution (100% covered for the employee only)Family/dependent coverage available401K plan and profit sharing: Employer contributes up to 10% of your annual Income with a safe harbor of 3%Short-term disability coverageCompany provided Life insurance policy of $20,000.003 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for vacation and sick time7 paid holidays per yearCar allowanceCompany cell phone & laptopHVAC Estimator - Commercial Construction Pay Range: $95,000 - $110,000 Base Salary + performance bonusesWork Schedule: Full Time | Monday through FridayPosition Overview: Build and maintain strong relationships with Commercial General ContractorsAttend pre-bid meetings and networking eventsIdentify and pursue new project opportunitiesReview plans, specifications, and design-build conceptsPrepare accurate and competitive proposalsDevelop project budgets and cost breakdownsCommunicate with vendors and suppliers to obtain pricingIdentify scope gaps, risk factors, and value engineering opportunitiesSupport engineering and project management teams during preconstructionAssist with smooth turnover from estimating to operationsMaintain communication with GC partners throughout project lifecycleQualifications5+ years of commercial HVAC estimating experienceStrong knowledge of commercial mechanical systems and mechanical codeExperience working with Commercial General ContractorsAbility to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsStrong understanding of construction sequencing and processesExcellent communication and professional presenceStrong organizational and time-management skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and estimating softwareCandidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
