Position Overview
Supports the Project Manager on design review, equipment and material selection, and discipline-specific construction management for the HVAC scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in preparing and reviewing the construction organization design and construction plans, and submit them for owner approval.
• Review design drawings within the assigned discipline, participate in selecting equipment and materials (specifications and technical parameters), and ensure construction complies with federal regulations and state codes and standards.
• Implement construction management, review discipline-specific construction plans and technical measures, and supervise execution to ensure effective management of subcontractors.
• Manage safety, schedule tracking, and quality control; participate in preparing and adjusting the discipline-specific schedule.
• Support the owner's management requirements and participate in coordination meetings.
• Assist in developing commissioning plans and participate in equipment testing, commissioning, and acceptance.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the company or the Project Manager.
