Description
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and equipment selection assistance to engineers, contractors, and architects.
Interpret project plans and specifications to recommend HVAC products that meet performance and budget requirements.
Prepare and deliver accurate HVAC system designs, proposals, and submittals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, manufacturers, and internal teams.
Attend job site meetings and provide technical support during installation and commissioning phases.
Stay current on industry trends, product updates, and building codes relevant to HVAC systems.
Assist in training sessions and lunch & learns for engineers and contractors.
Support sales team in achieving territory and product line goals.
Ideal Candidates:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (or equivalent HVAC industry experience).
2+ years of experience in HVAC design, sales, or technical support (manufacturer or rep firm preferred).
Strong understanding of HVAC principles and system components
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HVAC selection software
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities.
EIT or PE license is a plus but not required.
