Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch technicians for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service calls
- Coordinate daily routes and adjust schedules as needed
- Communicate with customers regarding appointment times and updates
- Monitor technician progress and provide real-time support
- Handle incoming calls, service requests, and emergency dispatches
- Maintain accurate records of jobs, invoices, and customer interactions
- Work closely with field technicians and management to optimize operations
Qualifications:
- Previous dispatching or customer service experience (preferred in HVAC/plumbing/electrical)
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
