Job Title: Director of Operations (EOS Integrator)
Location: Cornelius, NC
Pay: $150,000 to $200,000 Annually (Base + Bonus)

Position Overview:
We are hiring a Director of Operations to translate our company vision into daily execution. You will lead our Level 10 meetings, manage our quarterly Rocks, and ensure all departments operate efficiently. You will directly manage our General Managers, overseeing the complete customer journey from the first call to job completion.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in HVAC leadership and residential service management.
- Proven ability to build leaders and scalable systems.
- Strong understanding of Service Titan and operational KPIs.
- Willingness to travel periodically to support our regional branches.
- Exceptional conflict resolution skills.
- H-3 License (Class 2 or higher)
