Position Summary
The HVAC Install Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring a seamless installation experience for customers by managing scheduling, coordinating branch resources, and owning the install process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the installation process, including scheduling and follow-up communication
- Coordinate all aspects of installation jobs with internal teams and branch locations to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Own and manage install jobs from initial scheduling through completion and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and manage HR/job workflows for assigned branches to ensure timely progress and documentation
- Update internal tracking tools, including Monday boards, pre- and post-installation
- Collect payment for completed installation jobs when technicians are unable to do so onsite
Qualifications
- Previous experience in scheduling, coordination, dispatching, or customer service (home services industry preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accountability and follow-through
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and branches
- Proficiency in CRM and scheduling systems (experience with Monday.com or similar platforms a plus)

This is a fast-paced, team-oriented role supporting residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical operations across multiple branches.

USD $20.00/Hr.

USD $23.00/Hr.
