    HVAC Controls Service Technician
    Tampa, FL | Full-Time | Field Service / Controls Division

    Basic Qualifications

    • Minimum 3 years of experience servicing electronic and/or mechanical HVAC systems
    • Deep understanding of HVAC components: boilers, chillers, heat pumps, air handlers, terminal equipment
    • Ability to clearly explain technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences
    • Proficient with PLCs and HVAC control programming software

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with popular control systems like Tridium, Carrier, Metasys, Trane, or similar

    Key Responsibilities

    • Install control wiring, controllers, sensors, and software with precision
    • Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction by managing time and quality professionally
    • Ethically manage and complete assigned tasks on schedule
    • Train customers on operation of electronic control systems
    • Diagnose and repair complex system malfunctions
    • Support and train mechanical staff on building automation systems
    • Program, commission, and service building controls and facility management systems
