This is an outside sales role for someone who knows HVAC. You'll need technical residential HVAC experience, including load calculations and system design. Pay is a $45,000 base salary plus uncapped commission based on gross profit.
Snipps Heating & Air Conditioning is a locally owned HVAC company in Montrose, serving the Western Slope since 1996. We're growing our residential system sales and hiring a Comfort Specialist to run in-home appointments and design the right system for every homeowner.
Run in-home sales appointments with homeowners throughout our service area
Perform load calculations and design residential HVAC systems
Present good/better/best options and close sales
Enroll customers in maintenance memberships at the point of sale
Hand complete, accurate job packets to our install department
Manage every opportunity in ServiceTitan from first appointment through closeout
Work company-provided leads and generate your own
Technical residential HVAC experience: you can size, design and explain a system with confidence
Experience performing load calculations
In-home or outside sales experience, ideally in residential HVAC
ServiceTitan experience preferred
Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, a reliable vehicle, and personal auto insurance
Full-time, exempt
$45,000 base salary plus uncapped commission based on gross profit
Up to $500/month toward the health coverage of your choice, with two company plan options
3% SIMPLE IRA contribution
48 hours of paid time off from day one, plus vacation that grows with tenure (one week at one year, two weeks at two years, three weeks at five years)
Paid holidays: New Year's, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas
