Core responsibilities:

•  Meet with residential and commercial customers to understand HVAC needs 
•  Evaluate existing heating and cooling systems 
•  Recommend appropriate HVAC solutions based on comfort, efficiency, and budget 
•  Prepare estimates, proposals, and financing options 
•  Explain equipment, warranties, maintenance, and installation processes 
•  Follow up with customers and maintain strong relationships 
•  Coordinate with installation and service teams 
•  Maintain accurate customer and sales records 
•  Meet or exceed monthly sales goals 
•  Represent Brozwood professionally and provide excellent customer service
