Position Overview
This role is well-suited for a consultative sales professional who enjoys working directly with homeowners and guiding them through important home comfort decisions.
The Comfort Advisor serves as the primary point of contact in the home, evaluating needs, presenting options, and recommending heating and cooling solutions that align with customer priorities.
High performers regularly achieve six-figure incomes, with typical on-target earnings ranging from $150,000 to $300,000 based on results.
Key Responsibilities
Meet with homeowners to evaluate HVAC needs and comfort concerns
Educate customers on system options, efficiency, and long-term value
Deliver a professional, low-pressure sales experience focused on trust
Create accurate proposals and present financing options when applicable
Maintain follow-up communication with prospective and existing customers
Partner with installation and service teams for a seamless customer experience
Consistently achieve performance targets while operating with integrity
Requirements
Candidate Profile
Proven success in in-home or consultative sales
HVAC or residential home services experience preferred, not required
Strong communication and listening skills
Coachable and committed to continuous improvement
Self-motivated and comfortable in a performance-based role
Proficient with CRM systems and digital sales tools
Professional, customer-facing demeanor
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
