About the Role

As an HVAC Channel Manager, you will work directly with homeowners during in-home consultations to identify their heating and cooling needs, present suitable options, and help them make informed decisions.

You will represent Cloud Comfort HVAC in the home, explain the value of our products and services, and provide a professional, consultative sales experience from the initial appointment through follow-up.

With an uncapped commission structure, top performers have the potential to earn up to $200,000 annually.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners for in-home HVAC consultations
• Assess customer needs, comfort goals, and existing HVAC systems
• Build trust and rapport with prospective customers
• Recommend solutions based on the homeowner's priorities, property, and budget
• Clearly explain the benefits of Cloud Comfort HVAC's high-efficiency products and services
• Follow up consistently with prospects to move sales opportunities forward
• Work toward and exceed individual sales targets
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, industry trends, and sales techniques
• Deliver a professional and customer-focused experience throughout the sales process
• Work closely with the wider Cloud Comfort HVAC team to support company goals and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of sales experience
• Experience in a consultative sales environment is strongly preferred
• HVAC industry knowledge is helpful but not required; training is provided
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, competitive, and focused on achieving results
• Ability to quickly build credibility and trust with homeowners
• Comfortable presenting recommendations and asking for the sale
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
