Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead high-quality residential HVAC system change-outs and replacements
• Install and modify duct systems, piping, control wiring, and associated HVAC components
• Perform new installations, retrofits, and equipment upgrades
• Work with various systems including Mitsubishi Mini-Splits
• Maintain exceptional workmanship and deliver outstanding customer experiences

Requirements:

• 3+ years of strong residential HVAC installation and change-out experience
• Proven sheet metal fabrication and installation skills
• Experience with Mitsubishi Mini-Split systems
• Brazing Certifications
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification
• Valid driver''s license with insurable driving record
