What You'll Be Doing

Your days will be full, but clear. You'll spend your week leading the branch, encouraging your team, keeping people moving, and making sure customers are taken care of.

You'll set the tone. When the team needs direction, you're there. When they need coaching, you give it. When standards start to slip, you bring them back without drama.
