Journeyman

Licensed Journeyman with experience in residential and commercial HVAC service. Candidates should be skilled in diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems.

Apprentice

Apprentices with installation experience and some residential or commercial service and/or repair experience are encouraged to apply, however it is not required. A strong willingness to learn is required, with the goal of achieving Journeyman status.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Perform mechanical maintenance, repair, installation, and alteration of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues.
• Complete repairs efficiently and professionally.
• Install new HVAC equipment and components according to industry standards.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on residential and commercial systems.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers and team members.
