Arrive on time, prepared, and professional at customer homes and job sites
Perform indoor air quality services (duct cleaning and related solutions) using company training, procedures, and safety standards
Inspect and identify common IAQ issues; explain findings clearly in plain language
Present options and pricing transparently; recommend what’s right for the customer
Help customers choose the best solution for their needs
Document the job, collect payment, and drive 5-star reviews
Work independently in the field while staying aligned with your team
