    Description

    Title: HUMINT Targeting Specialist

    Location: Washington, DC

    Clearance: TS/SCI, with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph

    Responsibilities:

    • Provide detailed all-source HUMINT targeting support against assigned targets,
    • Develop in-depth analysis of the topics in support of operational planning and target knowledge, ensuring its analytical/targeting efforts are aligned with valid HUMINT requirements
    • Focus analytical efforts to identify, assist or enhance HUMINT collection operations and operational planning
    • Employ an array of analytical methodologies, leveraged against targeting requirements to identify critical nodes within the network and their relationship to the topic
    • Leverage the multi-intelligence community to support their targeting efforts
    • Research and assess potential targets for HUMINT collection activities utilizing unique HUMINT Targeting methodologies
    • Produce various Targeting Packages (TP)
    • Utilize client systems and processes to receive field-generated requests and track production status
    • Conduct analysis utilizing critical intelligence databases including TAC, TIDE, SIGINT databases, MAS, QLIXs, KaCHING, Palantir and other investigative databases

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree preferred, with eight (8) years of hands-on experience
    • Prior HUMINT operational background, directly supporting and/or conducting full-spectrum strategic HUMINT operations (above MSO)
    • Previous experience providing HUMINT support to TF or SOF
    • Previous support to Strategic Foreign Intelligence Collection against Hard Target (non-CT) issues
    • Certification from the any of the courses below (or their Title 50 equivalent):
      • Fundamental HUMINT Targeting Course (FHTC)
      • Advanced HUMINT Targeting Course or Target Network Profiling Course (TNPC)
      • Operational HUMINT Targeting Course (OHTC)
    • Current active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph
