    Join our Human Services Early Learning Team!
    **INTERNAL ONLY TO SNOHOMISH COUNTY EMPLOYEES**

    Purpose:

    We are hiring a candidate who will be responsible for collaboration, coordination, technical assistance, and monitoring of ECEAP subcontractors (school districts, tribe, licensed childcare centers and non-profit agencies) that provide direct services for eligible children and families and will be responsible for the development and implementation of an early learning social- emotional model that increases capacity of ECEAP staff and services.

    About You:

    You are passionate about high-quality early learning and have experience providing education and family support services for diverse families and their children. You are a strong collaborator and willing partner with colleagues and community agency staff. You have strong organizational and data management skills and are able to provide encouragement and support to staff while assuring growth and compliance with requirements. Your work experience and work style exemplify your commitment to ECEAP’s core values of equity, inclusion, collaboration and appreciation and respect for the role of families in their child’s growth and development. Additionally, you have experience providing training, technical assistance, and coaching related to behavioral health for ECEAP enrolled children.
