Job Requirements, Education, Training & Experience

The position requires:

• Masters degree in behavioral health field
• LCSW, LMFT, or LPC preferred, or ability and willingness to obtain licensure within 3 years
• Substance abuse credential preferred or ability and willingness to obtain certification
• Experience working with clients with complex functional and mental health impairments
• Current unrestricted drivers license and auto insurance

Essential Job Functions (Physical Elements, Equipment and Working Conditions)

The position requires:

• Ability to sit for long periods throughout the day
• Some physical activity related to retrieving and carrying records
• Extensive computer use, including significant typing for documentation
• Use of telephone, copier, and fax machine
• Work is generally conducted in an office setting, while occasional community and home visits are likely
• Potential exposure to physically or verbally abusive clients

Salary and Pay Schedule

The salary range is $33.69 - $37.36 hourly. Employees are paid every two weeks on Friday (26 checks in a year). Paychecks are directly deposited in the employees bank account. There is a two-week delay between the pay period worked and the payday.
