Job Requirements, Education, Training & Experience
The position requires:
- Masters degree in behavioral health field
- LCSW, LMFT, or LPC preferred, or ability and willingness to obtain licensure within 3 years
- Substance abuse credential preferred or ability and willingness to obtain certification
- Experience working with clients with complex functional and mental health impairments
- Current unrestricted drivers license and auto insurance

- Ability to sit for long periods throughout the day
- Some physical activity related to retrieving and carrying records
- Extensive computer use, including significant typing for documentation
- Use of telephone, copier, and fax machine

Salary and Pay Schedule
The salary range is $33.69 - $37.36 hourly. Employees are paid every two weeks on Friday (26 checks in a year). Paychecks are directly deposited in the employees bank account. There is a two-week delay between the pay period worked and the payday.
