Overview
At Larimer County Department of Human Services, we strive to be responsive, provide timely resources in partnership with our community so individuals and families are healthy, supported, and safe. We are seeking a highly motivated, innovative and enthusiastic staff member to join our Operations and Organizational Development Division as a Deputy Division Manager.
The Deputy Division Manager manages operations and personnel through subordinate supervisors of multiple programs and services within their specific area. This position performs and manages program planning, development, and service delivery; develops and coordinates resources as required to deliver programs and services to the community.
This position is a hybrid position and will require at least one day/week in the office. You will be required to have adequate internet access and space for remote work. Larimer County provides an annual remote work stipend to assist with equipment and office supply needs for remote workspaces.
