Description
Summary:
Schedule: 20-25 hours per week
Work Mode: Onsite
Responsibilities:
Provide didactic instruction within the 18-month program.
Teach assigned didactic courses to build the cognitive foundation for students.
Design and deliver course content aligned with JRCERT Standards and ARRT content specifications.
Evaluate student learning using objective, equitable, and documented criteria.
Contribute to curriculum currency, outcomes assessment, and continuous-quality-improvement efforts.
Support the program mission of shaping clinically competent radiographers.
Requirements:
Comprehensive knowledge of radiographic science content.
Knowledge of JRCERT Standards and ARRT content specifications.
Understanding of adult-learning theory, instructional design, competency-based education, and assessment design.
Effective written and oral communication skills.
Ability to advise and support students and address academic difficulties early.
Proficiency with standard office software, learning-management systems, and educational technology platforms.
Associate's degree in radiologic technology or a related field (or equivalent experience/training).
Current, unrestricted ARRT certification and registration in Radiography — R(R).
Current California Radiologic Technologist (CRT) / state radiologic technology license.
