Job DetailsWe are currently searching for a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to leverage their skills in a challenging and rewarding environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on HRIS, and be bilingual in Spanish and English.
Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Human Resources Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our organization. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Serving as the primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries and providing guidance and support to employees at all levels.
2. Utilizing HRIS to manage employee data, generate reports, and streamline HR processes.
3. Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
4. Conducting recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding new hires.
5. Providing training and development opportunities to enhance employee skills and performance.
6. Managing and resolving complex employee relations issues and conducting thorough investigations when necessary.
7. Overseeing employee benefits administration and conducting benefits orientations and enrollment procedures.
8. Assisting in the development and implementation of employee recognition programs.
9. Working closely with management to identify HR issues and develop strategic solutions.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role, preferably within the Manufacturing industry.
3. Proficiency in HRIS, with a strong understanding of its applications in HR management.
4. Bilingual in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
5. In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
6. Proven experience in managing employee relations and HR regulatory compliance issues.
7. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
8. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.
9. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
10. Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification is a plus.
