Key Responsibilities of the Human Resources Specialist

• Review, edit, format, and maintain job descriptions while partnering with managers to ensure accuracy and consistency as the Human Resources Specialist

• Coordinate the approval process for job descriptions and prepare finalized versions for public posting as the Human Resources Specialist
• 
  
• Serve as a resource for employees regarding benefits programs, assisting with questions and enrollment processes as the Human Resources Specialist

• Support compensation administration by updating pay ranges and maintaining accurate HR records as the Human Resources Specialist
• 
  

Qualifications for the Human Resources Specialist

• 
  
• 2+ years of Human Resources experience
• 
  
• Experience supporting employee benefits administration and job description management
• 
  
• Basic Excel skills required; Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs are a plus. Paycom experience preferred
