Key Responsibilities of the Human Resource Generalist



  • Maintain and administer the HRIS platform, ensuring employee data accuracy, reporting integrity, and system effectiveness as the Human Resource Generalist

  • Support payroll processing and partner with Finance to ensure timely and accurate payroll administration as the Human Resource Generalist

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, status changes, open enrollment activities, and employee communications as the Human Resource Generalist

  • Manage recruiting, onboarding, and new hire orientation processes while providing a positive employee experience as the Human Resource Generalist

  • Generate HR reports, support employee engagement initiatives, maintain compliance, and assist with performance management and HR projects as the Human Resource Generalist



Qualifications for the Human Resource Generalist



  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred

  • 3+ years of progressive HR experience in a Human Resources Generalist, HR Coordinator, or similar role

  • Experience with HRIS administration (UKG strongly preferred), payroll support, benefits administration, and recruiting
