Our Human Resources Division is seeking a professional, customer service oriented, quality-minded individual to join the HR Operations team! You will play a key role in collecting and processing employee documents for I-9 requirements, manage our SEL Cares program, support government regulatory processes, assist in upkeeping of personnel files and other HR files, and provide prompt and high-quality customer service to employees at SEL.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
Develop and maintain knowledge of HR Operations functions, including I-9 compliance, government reporting, SEL Cares, personnel files, unemployment claims, personal information changes, and project management.
Provide input to the development and be able to support implementation of HR guidance, policies or procedures.
Maintain current knowledge of relevant federal, state, and local regulations.
Manage employee records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Maintain accurate records, conduct audits, and manage reporting requests.
Respond to applicant, candidate, employee, and/or community inquiries, concerns and needs.
Continuously identify, measure, and improve processes.
Other duties as assigned.

B.A. or B.S. degree in Human Resource Management
Knowledge of HR laws and practices
Professional certification in related field
Familiarity with an HRIS system and processes
