A growing multi-state professional services firm seeks an HR & Operations Manager to oversee people operations across 16 states.

  • Manage multi-state tax compliance, license renewals, filings, and respond to audits and notices.
  • Maintain HR policies, ensure payroll compliance, administer PTO, and support payroll processes.
  • Lead employee onboarding, handle personnel issues, draft HR documents, and manage personnel files.
  • Oversee insurance and benefits administration, including renewals and carrier interactions.
  • Plan engagement events to foster team culture.
