HR SPECIALIST OPPORTUNITY

Job Summary:

  • Support payroll function: review for accuracy, maintain/monitor leaves, loans, prepare required reports.
  • Establish new hires in Ready and PEO systems; conduct onboarding activities including orientation.
  • Ensure compliance: labor law including posters, personnel files, and more.
  • Coordinate track training and certifications.
  • Coordinate and support recruiting efforts-job postings, applicant screening, offer letters, and more
  • Coordinate and track performance reviews
  • Maintain employee 401(k) and profit-sharing enrollment and beneficiary forms.
  • Prepare documentation for benefit audits.
  • Investigate worker’s compensation claims and act as primary liaison with insurance carrier.
  • Ensure employee post-accident training/education completion and maintain records of activities.

Required Experience:

About YOU:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources. Business administration, or related field preferred. Relevant experience may substitute for education.
  • 2 or more years of HR related experience.
  • Familiarity with FMLA, EEO laws, ADA and other employment related state and federal laws and regulations required.
  • Ability to connect and engage with teams at all levels.
  • Experience with Kronos/Ready and PEO systems desirable.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, multi-task and be a team player.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.

The salary range estimate below is inclusive of all departments within the company and offered salaries may vary within the given range between departments. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this level is $57,300 to $71,600 annualized plus additional compensation and other competitive benefits.
