As a People & Culture Specialist, you'll provide day-to-day operational support across Turner Pest Control's Florida locations. You'll play an important role in creating a positive employee experience by supporting recruitment, onboarding, benefits, payroll, HRIS administration, employee questions, compliance, training, and engagement initiatives. You'll serve as a first point of contact for employees and help ensure People & Culture processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with company policies and values. Who You Are... What does it take to be a successful People & Culture Specialist at Turner Pest Control? For starters, you'll be approachable, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You'll also have...A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceOne to two years of human resources or administrative experience, preferably supporting recruiting, onboarding, benefits, or payrollFoundational knowledge of human resources principles, practices, and applicable employment lawsStrong written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to handle confidential information with a high degree of discretionStrong organizational skills and attention to detailEffective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlinesThe ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and TeamsThe willingness to support all People & Culture functions and other departments as neededExperience with Workday, ADP, or comparable HRIS and payroll systems is preferredExperience with high-volume recruitment and onboarding in a multi-site or field-based organization is preferredBilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred Who We Are...
