About This Role
We are seeking a specialist who is comfortable communicating with partners at various levels within RGP and with clients, including executives. The role will provide frontline, day-to-day support in administering human resources policies and programs covering a broad range of HR topics including background checks, on-boarding, training & development, employee lifecycle events, and policy interpretation for their assigned market. Base Pay Range: $49,000 - $62,000

What You Will Work On
Respond to HR Support Services (HRSS) inquiries in a timely and professional manner that is consistent with the department's goal of service delivery excellence.
Process and audit employee information and status updates in a timely manner in HRIS system.
Demonstrate an understanding of the federal and state regulations surrounding protected leaves and serve as the point of contact for employees who are placed on protected leaves, ensuring appropriate and accurate leave communication is sent to the employee in a timely manner.
Keeps in contact with local office representatives and provide direction on any necessary status or employment transactions.
Ensures that applicants meet company-hiring standards by reviewing and assessing all background investigation reports.
Works closely with local offices and RGP Legal Team to comply with client requirements including the review of legal contracts and audits.
Reviews and processes all hiring documentation in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring compliance with company and government regulations.
What You Will Bring
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
At least two years of previous HR experience in a corporate environment
Experience in a professional services environment preferred
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently, follow procedures and pay careful attention to detail in a fast paced, fluid environment
Strong systems skills and a capacity to learn new systems quickly
Experience with Workday HCM preferred
