    ABOUT THE ROLE

    A global organization is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to support recruiting operations, HR technology, and process improvement across a distributed Talent Acquisition function. This mid-level role combines systems administration, user support, operational audits, reporting, and project coordination to help ensure recruiting workflows remain efficient, accurate, and scalable.

    The ideal candidate is comfortable working with HR technology platforms, troubleshooting operational issues, managing competing priorities, and partnering with recruiters, HR teams, and other stakeholders across a global organization.

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Administer and continuously improve Talent Acquisition systems and HR technology platforms, including Workday, Beamery, BrightHire, or comparable HR ERP solutions.
    • Manage incoming technology and recruiting operations requests, ensuring issues are investigated, resolved, and appropriately escalated.
    • Troubleshoot system and workflow issues while providing clear guidance and support to recruiters, sourcers, program teams, and hiring managers.
    • Serve as a key operational contact for Talent Acquisition users and partner with HRIS or other subject matter experts on complex issues.
    • Conduct operational audits and quality checks to identify discrepancies, improve data accuracy, and strengthen recruiting processes.
    • Identify opportunities to streamline recruiting workflows and improve efficiency for recruiting teams and hiring stakeholders.
    • Develop user documentation, training materials, and process guidance;support training sessions, workshops, and office hours related to system or process changes.
    • Support HR and Talent Acquisition projects by maintaining documentation, coordinating deliverables, and tracking timelines.
    • Partner with People Operations, HRIS, Talent Acquisition, HR, and People Analytics teams to translate business needs into practical operational and technology solutions.
    • Manage recurring operational responsibilities alongside project-based assignments and shifting priorities.
    • Evaluate opportunities to leverage automation and generative AI to improve recruiting workflows and operational efficiency.

    QUALIFICATIONS
    • 3 5 years of relevant experience in talent operations, recruiting operations, HR technology, or a related operational function.
    • Hands-on experience administering Workday, Beamery, BrightHire, or another HR ERP or Talent Acquisition technology platform.
    • HR technology implementation experience is a plus.
    • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
    • Experience with operational audits, process management, and stakeholder support.
    • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Process-oriented mindset with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Strong customer service orientation with a high level of ownership and accountability.
    • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a distributed global team.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to balance multiple assignments, deadlines, and changing priorities.
    • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.
    • Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Human Resources, Business Information Systems, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
