    Human Resources Representative IV (Contractor) 

    Job at a Glance 

    • Title: Human Resources Representative IV 

    • Location: Remote (Pennsylvania) 

    • Type: W2 Contract (potential extension or conversion) 

    • Pay: $20/hr + optional medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) 

    Overview 

    Seeking an experienced HR professional to serve as a primary point of contact for escalated employee HR inquiries. This role supports employees and managers by resolving complex HR, payroll, tax, benefits, and employee relations issues while ensuring excellent customer service and SLA compliance. 

    Key Responsibilities 

    • Resolve escalated HR inquiries related to employee self-service (ESS/MSS), payroll, tax, benefits, and employee relations. 

    • Investigate and address complex HR issues, determining appropriate resolutions or escalations. 

    • Partner with HR Shared Services, HR Business Partners, and other HR teams to ensure consistent service delivery. 

    • Support process improvements, knowledge sharing, and continuous enhancement of HR operations. 

    • Lead or assist with onboarding new HR services, organizational change initiatives, and special projects. 

    • Maintain and improve HR knowledge bases and documentation. 

    • Coach and support junior team members as needed. 

    • Provide support for service center operations, including high-volume inquiry periods. 

    Required Qualifications 

    • Experience handling escalated HR employee inquiries and complex employee relations matters. 

    • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, payroll, and tax-related processes. 

    • Experience working within HR Shared Services or service center environments. 

    • Ability to investigate, analyze, and resolve complex HR issues. 

    • Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills. 

    • Experience meeting SLA-driven service requirements. 

    • Proven ability to identify and implement process improvements. 

    Preferred Qualifications 

    • Workday experience, including organizational and employee data changes. 

    • Experience supporting organizational change initiatives and HR projects. 

    • Knowledge of project coordination and process transitions. 

    • Experience developing knowledge resources, documentation, and training materials. 

    • Prior experience mentoring team members or supporting service center operations.
