Human Resources Representative

Summary:

• Location: 10920 Wilshire Blvd., Suite 400, Los Angeles, CA 90095
• Duration: 10 weeks
• Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:

• Provide world-class customer service in an internal HR, WFA, or benefits environment.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in one functional area.
• Maintain composure and productivity despite pressing deadlines, frequent interruptions, distractions, and competing priorities.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
• Keep abreast of constantly changing company systems, regulations, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of demonstrated customer service experience in a related environment or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge in PeopleSoft, Service Now, Visual Vault, and HR Web applications.
• Exceptional writing skills to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
• Interpersonal skills to interact effectively and diplomatically with faculty, staff, administrators, and co-workers.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize job responsibilities accurately.
• Impeccable attention to detail and thoroughness in work product.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to sit for prolonged periods and lift occasionally up to 25 lbs.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in a University or Hospital setting.
• Knowledge of UC personnel and payroll policies and procedures.
