    Description

    Title: HR/People Services Specialist
    Location: Boise, ID
    Duration: 1+ year contract
    Work Arrangement:Onsite, 5 days/week (Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM MT)

    Role Summary:
    Provide HR/People Services support to employees and leaders, handling HR inquiries, onboarding, HR policies, HR systems, payroll/benefits/equity-related questions, employee records, and escalated cases. Partner with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to resolve complex issues while ensuring accurate, consistent, and confidential HR processes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Triage and resolve HR service tickets/emails; escalate complex issues to appropriate HR COEs.
    • Support onboarding, pre-hire activities, background checks, new-hire documentation, and Day-1 orientation.
    • Provide support for HR policies, HRIS, payroll, benefits, equity, and People programs.
    • Maintain accurate employee records and HR system data.
    • Ensure consistent application of HR policies, processes, and tools.
    • Partner with HR teams, business leaders, and employees to resolve issues.
    • Support local HR requirements and special projects.

    Required/Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
    • 2+ years of HR experience preferred.
    • Experience with HRIS/HR systems such as SAP, Workday, or ServiceNow.
    • Strong employee/customer service, communication, problem-solving, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
    • Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • Must be willing to work onsite in Boise, ID 5 days/week.
    • Flexibility for occasional early morning/evening meetings with teams in other time zones.
