HUMAN RESOURCES RECRUITING INTERN
Job Overview: Our highly competitive internship program provides candidates with the opportunity to gain the best hands-on experience that banking has to offer. Fidelity Bank offers real-world opportunities to work in the Human Resources department. The paid internship program will be completed over a 16-week period beginning August to December 2026, scheduled to work up to 35 hours per week.
The candidate for this position will be responsible for:
Performing as part of the HR Recruiting Team (career fairs, hiring events, career days)
Performing hiring duties as assigned by the HR Talent Manager and HR Talent Recruiter
Assisting with internship program administration
Completing assigned daily tasks and assisting HR managers with research projects as needed
Providing support to the entire department in order to increase efficiencies in the area.
Attending professional development training/shadowing opportunities throughout the bank.
Requirements for the position:
A high school diploma (or equivalent)
Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, or business-related field
