As a Regional People & Operations Business Partner, you'll support regional leadership by developing and executing People Ops initiatives that align with business goals. You'll work closely with leadership and staff to foster a positive workplace culture, streamline HR processes, and ensure compliance. Your efforts will directly influence employee engagement, operational efficiency, and safety standards, making a real difference every day.

What You'll Do

As a Regional People & Operations Business Partner, you will be responsible for:
  • Developing and implementing regional HR programs that promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.
  • Overseeing full-cycle recruiting efforts, building talent pipelines, and promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Managing employee relations, coaching managers, and resolving workplace issues effectively.
  • Administering benefits programs, including LOA and workers’ compensation processes, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
  • Supporting safety programs, maintaining safety standards, and managing workers’ compensation claims.
  • Analyzing HR data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
  • Ensuring HR policies and practices adhere to federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Collaborating with leadership to advance staff development and engagement strategies.
  • Managing administrative tasks related to HR operations, including recordkeeping and reporting.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–8+ years of progressive HR experience, including benefits administration and employee relations.
  • HR certifications like SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR are a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid California driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally if needed.
