Job Description
General Purpose
Responsible for providing support to the Human Resources department in a variety of activities, processes, and initiatives.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Assist with communications such as: monthly newsletter, weekly announcements, and miscellaneous communications.
Conduct hourly phone screens, create new hire folders, and participate in new hire orientations.
Conduct employee roundtables and stay interviews to gather feedback, track, and report out on trends.
Assisting in upkeep and filing of HR documents.
Facilities support as needed including organizing storage rooms, employee training room, employee locker rooms and lunchroom. Ensuring space is utilized efficiently and inviting to our internal and external customers.
Providing executive administrative support as needed.
Special, real-time projects as assigned.
Work Environment and Schedule
20-25 hours a week / $17.00 per hour

Requirements
Education and Experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Ability to demonstrate professional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to build relationships and interface with all levels of individuals, internal and external to the organization.
Ability to multi-task, work independently and within a team.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, initiative, and follow up.
Basic level experience working with Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint)
