Human Resources Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and people-focused Human Resources Manager to oversee and enhance all aspects of the employee lifecycle. This role is responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, HR operations, and culture-building initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Workforce Planning
Lead full-cycle recruitment across all departments, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and hiring.
Partner with department heads to forecast staffing needs and develop hiring strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
Maintain and improve recruiting processes, workflows, and candidate experience initiatives.
Onboarding, Training Employee Development
Coordinate, and manage onboarding programs to ensure successful integration of new hires.
Facilitate employee training and development initiatives.
Coordinate ongoing learning opportunities and support professional growth across teams.
Employee Performance Career Growth
Partner with managers to support employee development, performance improvement, and long-term career growth through structured goal setting, quarterly and annual reviews, evaluation cycles, and continuous feedback systems.
Develop and oversee employee growth and career trajectory plans, helping team members identify advancement opportunities, skill development goals, and clear pathways for internal progression.
Collaborate with leadership to create succession planning and talent development strategies that support both employee aspirations and organizational needs.
Ensure consistency, fairness, and effectiveness of performance review and career development processes across all departments.
HR Operations Administration
Maintain and manage HR records, employee files, payroll data, contracts, and benefits documentation.
Administer and continuously improve HR systems, tools, and operational workflows.
Support employee benefits administration and related communications.
Employee Relations Company Culture
Serve as a primary point of contact for employee relations matters, addressing concerns and facilitating conflict resolution when needed.
Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures that align with company values and operational goals.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture.
Oversee and support the planning and coordinating of company events, employee engagement initiatives, and team-building activities.
Compliance Policy Management
Work with the legal team to ensure company policies and HR practices comply with applicable labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Qualifications
Related experience and/or a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
3+ years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or a related role.
Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
Experience managing recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
