    Location:Various locations across Florida
    The HumanResources Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resourcespractices and processes within the organization. This role involves managingrecruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance withlabor laws.
    KeyResponsibilities:
    • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
    • Manage the recruitment and selection process.
    • Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs.
    • Administer employee benefits and compensation programs.
    • Handle employee relations issues and provide conflict resolution.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources management.
    • Strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Proficiency in HR software and systems.
