Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Employer BrandingStrategy Development:- Assist in developing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the firm's business goals and future workforce needs End‑to‑End Recruitment:- Lead full‑lifecycle recruiting across both experienced hires and campus programs, from role scoping and proactive sourcing to offer negotiation and closing Proactive Sourcing:- Leverage advanced sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, specialist platforms, talent communities) to map and engage high‑caliber passive talent Campus & Brand Outreach:- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, universities, and industry networks to expand recruitment reach and enhance employer branding Structured Assessment:- Partner with hiring managers to define clear role requirements and facilitate structured, competency‑based interviews to ensure quality and cultural alignment Market Insights:- Track market movements, talent availability, and compensation trends to provide actionable recruitment insights to stakeholders
Core HR Operations & Team CollaborationEmployee Lifecycle Management:- Manage seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences that leave a lasting, positive impression on team members HR Administration & Payroll:- Support day‑to‑day HR operations, including benefits administration, leave and data management, and payroll coordination Performance Management:- Develop and implement the performance review program, equipping people managers with guidance on objective setting, fair evaluations, and constructive feedback Employee Relations:- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee inquiries, fostering an open, transparent, and high‑trust workplace culture Cross‑Functional Collaboration:- Partner closely with internal teams (such as Finance, Legal, Compliance, Office Management) to resolve challenges swiftly and drive team cohesion
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
Education:- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field Experience:- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in‑house at a hedge fund, bank, or similar financial institution Execution & Multitasking:- Proven ability to juggle high‑volume recruiting alongside operational HR deadlines with meticulous attention to detail Communication & Influence:- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging with senior leadership and candidates at all levels Work Ethic & Initiative:- Highly motivated, self‑directed, and resilient, with a strong work ethic and a roll‑up‑your‑sleeves attitude Team‑First Mindset:- A proactive, reliable team player who thrives in an integrated HR team, values mutual support and open communication, and contributes positively to team morale
